For mommies and babies under 1 year

Motherhood is kind of a big deal right? In those early days, overwhelm is real. You’re caring for a new life and trying to do all the “right” things. There’s so much information coming your way and it can be tough to know where to turn first. We think a great first step starts with COMMUNITY and CONNECTION–a feeling that you aren’t alone.

Intervals has crafted a safe and clean space for mommies of little ones under a year who are looking for connection and support from other moms. We have listened to the types of services that moms are curious about or need, and we’ve enlisted the help of some special guests. Each Momma Nest session highlights a new local specialist each week and is designed to provide a caring community in which you can ask questions as you learn and experience what our city has to offer new parents.

Of course we know that socialization is also critical for not only mom, but baby as well. We’ve purposefully carved out a little extra time at the end of class each week so that moms and littles can just “be” and can get to know one another.
