Kindermusik Withdrawal & Make-Up Policy

Our Kindermusik classes run from September to June (35 weeks), and families are welcome to join at any time!
We understand that life can change—whether it’s a new schedule, a move, or a return to work—and sometimes that means stepping away from the program.

If you need to withdraw, simply complete the form below by the 24th of the month to avoid being billed for the following month.
Without proper notice, your next month’s payment will still be processed.

Important Date to Know:
Withdrawals will not be accepted after May 24th for the school year. After this date, June tuition will be billed.

Please note:
We are not able to “pause” enrollments or hold your spot once you've withdrawn. If you'd like to return later, we’ll be happy to check for availability in other classes.

Kindermusik Make-Up Classes:

Missed a class? No problem—we offer unlimited make-ups for all currently enrolled families!

However, once a withdrawal is processed, make-up credits are forfeited and cannot be used to extend enrollment.
Make-ups are only available while your family is actively enrolled in the program.
