Lidiane has been in love with piano playing since she was 4 years old. Piano always fascinated her . She started in the Conservatory at a very young age and finished at 15 years old. She holds a Bachelor in Piano Performance and a Bachelor in Music Education from the Federal University of Rio Janeiro (National School of Music) as well as a Professional Master Degree in Piano Performance by UFRJ . She is in her final year of the Master in Piano Performance/ Pedagogy at Memorial University studying under Professor Timothy Steeves’s guidance. She had been teaching children for 15 years and is a Certified Teacher at The Royal Conservatory of Music with an elementary piano specialization from the RCM. She has been preparing children for competitions and for the RCM program exams for many years. Lidiane is passionate about piano teaching and believes in aligning compassionate teaching with an excellent teaching philosophy and always encourages her students to aim to progress a little in every class.
