In this class, you will sing, move, cuddle, and play together in ways that support your baby’s developing brain & body, communication, and sense of security. Activities are gentle and age-appropriate, whether your baby is brand new, beginning to explore movement, or starting to become more active.
More than anything, Foundations is about confidence. Parents leave feeling reassured, supported, and more attuned to their baby’s cues. You do not need musical experience. You simply get to show up, be present, and enjoy learning together.

Your child is on the move. One day it’s wobbly steps, the next it’s climbing everything in sight. There are big feelings, big reactions, and a lot of curiosity packed into a very small human.
Level 1 Kindermusik is designed for this fast-changing stage, when movement, sound, and exploration are how your child begins to understand the world. Classes are filled with singing, bouncing, swaying, and playful movement, offered in a way that feels joyful and natural, yet carefully paced for growing bodies and busy minds.
At this age, music is also about finding a voice. Your child will experiment with sounds, words, and early singing in a warm, encouraging environment where learning is gently guided by educators who understand how development unfolds over time.

For enthusiastic singing, strong opinions, and finding a voice.
This is the age of enthusiastic singing, wiggly bodies, proud little voices saying “I can do it!” — and yes, a very confident “no" at times! As two-year-olds learn to find their voice, music becomes a joyful way to express big ideas, big feelings, and growing independence.
In Level 2 Kindermusik toddler music class, your child will sing, dance, move, and explore instruments with you and a group of peers. Classes are lively and joyful, full of movement and music, while also intentionally balanced with quieter moments of listening and reflection, giving little bodies time to slow down and little brains time to catch up.

Three-year-olds are full of ideas, stories, questions, and creativity. This is the age when imagination takes the lead, language blossoms, and children begin to see themselves as capable learners in their own right. Preschoolers need a class that is just as alive as they are.
In Level 3 Kindermusik, your child explores music through singing, movement, storytelling, and imaginative play. Experiences are designed to introduce early music concepts while supporting language growth, social connection, emotional awareness, and growing self-control, all in a way that feels playful and engaging.
For the first part of class, children attend with their educator, giving them space to build confidence, focus, and independence in a supportive group setting. Caregivers then join for the final portion of class, reconnecting through shared music-making and celebration. This transition is always gentle and responsive. If a child needs extra reassurance, we welcome a caregiver’s presence so their body and brain can stay calm and open to learning.
Independence is encouraged, never rushed.

Level 4 isn’t “more Kindermusik,” it’s the moment kids realize they’re musicians — and parents realize their child is ready for what comes next.
At this stage, your child’s confidence is growing quickly. They have ideas, opinions, and a real sense of pride in what they can do. They’re ready not just to participate, but to collaborate, contribute, and create alongside others.
Level 4 Kindermusik is where that confidence takes shape. Your child engages in music through singing, movement, games, and creative exploration that feel playful and engaging, while gently building focus, cooperation, and musical understanding. Experiences are designed to help children listen to one another, work as a group, and feel proud of their role within it.

Level 4 is an important part of the Intervals continuum. After this stage, many children naturally transition into our group singing, group piano, or Triple Threat Troupe Tinies programs, carrying forward the confidence, musicality, and love of learning they’ve built here.
Level 4 is ideal for families looking for preschool music classes and kindergarten-ready music experiences for children ages 4–5 that support confidence, collaboration, and a smooth transition into the next stage of learning.

Family Jam is our mixed-age Kindermusik class, designed especially for families with siblings at different stages. It brings everyone into the room together while showing parents how to adapt musical experiences so each child is supported right where they are.
In class, you’ll experience singing, movement, instrument play, and listening activities that work across ages. Educators actively model how the same song or activity can be simplified, expanded, or adjusted to meet the needs of a baby, a toddler, and a preschooler all at once. Nothing is left to chance. Parents are guided, supported, and given practical ideas they can use throughout the week at home.
Family Jam has its own rhythm. There is energy and joy, but also structure, calm moments, and clear leadership. It’s a space where families can relax, connect, and learn how music can help navigate transitions, big feelings, and everyday moments with more ease.

We have a special place in our hearts for newborns and their families. Parents often tell us that Kindermusik became one of the most grounding and joyful parts of their maternity leave, especially in those early weeks when life can feel scattered, sleepless, and brand new.
In the newborn stage, babies may sleep through class, take their time feeding, or have moments of fussiness or overstimulation. It can be easy to wonder if it is worth coming. We want to gently reassure you that it is. Even when it looks quiet on the surface, meaningful connection and learning are taking place.
Our role is to support you. Classes are designed to give parents simple, developmentally supportive tools and musical experiences that can be used throughout the week, when your baby is most ready to engage. You are not expected to perform or get anything right. You are invited to be present with your baby in a warm, understanding space.
